I have had the pleasure of knowing and working with Minay since 1997 (then Senior Technician and Advisor for Steinway), when I purchased a Limited Anniversary Edition, Model B, Concert Hall Grand. Of all my personal possessions, this is, by far, my most cherished and have entrusted her care to only Minay. His skill is masterful, his work meticulous. He knows and understands every facet of this instrument; tuning, diagnosis and repair, or a complete rebuild/overhaul, if necessary. Over the past decade and a half, Minay has tuned my piano every three months and done some minor repairs. I have referred him to friends and colleagues over the years, all exceedingly satisfied. Bottom line is it doesn't get much better than this. | |
